Shipping Policy

All premade items will be shipped within 3 business days. If you have ordered a custom made item, please allow 3 weeks for production time. Shipping will be calculated by weight and sent via USPS

Return & Exchange Policy

I stand behind all of my products but if for reason there is an issue, please contact me @ bentinascrafts@gmail.com and we can resolve the issue.

Refunds will not be issued but store credit may be issued once the product is returned in original condition.
